Falcon flooring and stairs

I am not one to usually take the time to provide feedback on services and/or products that I retain and or use. However, I received such outstanding service and quality of work product from John and his team that I felt compelled to write this recommendation. I really cannot say enough about my experience with this company. They were very courteous and professional. They kept me updated constantly and answered my texts quickly. They were able to replace the entire upstairs of my home with high quality flooring and replaced all of the baseboards. only took one day to do it and left the upstairs in an absolutely pristine manner when they left. I have already recommended this company to one of my friends and will continue to do so to other friends. I know that they do more than just flooring and I would not hesitate to call upon them again (and intend to do so) for all of my future projects. You will absolutely have no regrets retaining this company to do any work that you need.
