Bought the furnace and air conditioner package in March 2015 and paid it off in full within 6 months. Fast forward 4 years...were moving. I discovered on a title search that a lien was placed on my house by 2035881 ONTARIO INC for more than the value of the package (over $10K) immediately upon purchasing the units.
I am moving in 13 days and I now have to have this lien removed...I'm several hours in for phone calls and still no where. Reliance claims there are no supervisors or managers to talk to and they say no one can be spoken to in their legal department.
