I was redoing steps and needed a railing.
After requesting a quote through Homestars, Iryna got back to me the next morning. The estimator came out about 2 days later.

Because we were installing stone, there was a delay of 3 months.

Iryna told me they would honour the quote but needed to come back for final measurements once the stone was installed. I called back and again about 2 days later the estimator did the final measurement.

I was warned they were backed up in the manufacturing, but the final product was very high quality. Just got it installed and it looks great.

There was never any point where I was guessing what was going on. Most of the delay was on my side (waiting for the mason to install the natural stone stairs). Highly recommend Art Metal. Michael
