Clera Windows + Doors

We were very pleased with 2 patio doors Carl with Clera had replaced for us a few years ago, so in spring 2019 we thought we would contract with Clera again when we wanted to replace our original front door and the sidelight window that was beside it. We looked through the catalog, discussing the differing price options until we decided on one with a decorative glass insert with a matching sidelight window in ivory (exterior) that would match the other windows of our house. We did think it was quite pricey when the total cost (inc. the 2 extra windows) was tallied, but we went ahead and ordered. One has to remember that everything was custom made in ON, not something mass-produced. Everything was then installed in Sept. 2019. The front entry fit well, but in the installation, the trim and door frame were damaged. Since we are planning to renovate, the trim and frame will be replaced; but in the meantime, it doesn't look the best. The 2 extra windows were installed with no problem.
