My hot tub stopped working in early November right before a cold snap. I was very concerned about the hot tub freezing and John responded immediately. Before coming out or charging me he asked me to check for water flow so as not to waste my time or money. Once we knew it wasn’t frozen yet he came within half an hour and diagnosed the problems quickly. He took me from potentially trashing a frozen hot tub to it working perfectly. He had all the parts for my Dimension One hot tub with him and ensured everything on the tub was functioning well before leaving. John knows his stuff and is great at suggesting ways to solve any problem (like how to get water into a tub with a frozen hose and no outdoor spiget). I highly recommend John for his expertise, professionalism, patience and efficiency.
