This guy dose not stand behind what he sells. He tells you he ll be over to repair/ check the product he s installed cause it s not operating properly and then he dose not show up and he dose not let you know that he s not showing up either. He arranged an install of a furnace with my tenants and. didn t show up on the day he said he would he did nt bother to even tell us he took another job and put us on hold for a day even though he had removed the furnace and left the tenants with no heat and he left. cause he had no working batteries. Wes is a one man show you can t rely on. He was suppose to come check a furnace i had him install cause i could smell gas. He said he would come today well he did call,text or show up. I am sorry you feel this way Lynda, this is the 5th furnace I've done for this customer along with 4 acs and a full retro fit duct installation. The furnace install in question was removed and installed when the temperature was 19° outside. She was made aware the morning of that I had and elderly couple whose hot water tank needed emergency replacement. I was 5 hours late and communicated that I'd be late 1st thing. I'm sorry this isnt the response you wanted I made judgement call and would do it again if the situation was the exact same. best of luck in any and all future HVAC needs. thank you for your business.
