Brandon, of Lighting Innovation & Design, answered our service call and took the time to drive from one end of the GTA to the other to attend to the issue, and quickly diagnosed the source of the problem to be a failed transformer. With Brandon's help, a broken cable was also repaired and a new transformer restored our outdoor light connections, beautifying our garden display once again.
