We had an outstanding experience with the technician who came to our house to repair an AC issue. He identified the issue, explained the cause and quickly repaired it. All the while we had great conversations and he made it clear he not only knows what he's doing but enjoys what he does as well. He also volunteered to look at the furnace while he was around but recommended another technician come back to complete a full inspection as he was not presently equipped for it but clearly explained what to look for and what questions to ask.

Would highly recommend any service by this particular technician (whose name I am not allowed to say) but if other technicians are like him, no reason not to get your service through Reliance.
