Repair Service for Rental Furnace
Service technician very thorough and ran a diagnostic on furnace. Replaced leaky valve on humidifier, replaced filter and has ordered for installation a replacement thermostat. Very pleased with service that Alex provided.
One glitch in this whole process was we were booked for service between 1 and 5 p.m. on Friday Sept 13th and were not notified that we would not see a service rep until Sunday Sept 15th between 8 a.m. -1 p.m. until we called at 5:30 Friday to inquire to ask what happened. We would have appreciated a call or e-mail that our appointment time had been changed as we had arranged our schedule to suit the original service appointment.
