Plumbing review in

I was having a new washing machine delivered and when I went to disconnect old machine from cold water valve , I found it had rusted on and knob wouldn’t move. I called Alex and explained situation. He came first thing next morning and fixed valve before washing machine was delivered. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. Would definitely call for any future plumbing issues.
