Roof Repair - Chimney and Vent
Called to schedule a quote. Brad arrived as per the scheduled time. He provided his honest opinion of the state of my roof. We determined that the chimney needed a new cap and a vent needed repair. He indicated in his professional opinion that the roof didn't need replacement for another couple of years. Talking to him was easy and unintimidating, he provided great customer service by explaining the process and the issues with the roof. Our scheduled repairman came and installed a new vent, but missed the chimney work. Upon contacting Kim, this was immediately rectified the following day. Overall, my experience with RoofRepairs was pleasant and professional. Would definitely contact Brad and Kim for future work. 10/10 because we're all human, mistakes can be made, but there was no difficulty or inappropriate questioning when the issue of the missed work was brought up. Proper follow up investigation occurred and Brad and Kim rectified the issue immediately.
