The problem was a leak that was showing up in the basement level. The source wasn't obvious. Even with the water turned off at the main switch for 2 weeks while I was away the leak was still there! How was this possible? Not your average problem. Ryan came on time, sourced the problem. Put in a temporary fix. Came back a week later with the right materials to make it a permanent never leak again solution.
