Technicians were polite, very knowledgable and answered all my questions. Workmanship - neat and tidy like it belonged there. Purchase a new HWT one size larger so Tech's explained space required and venting. Explained what was required by us for information to Remove old rental tank and did the Tank Return on the Rental for us. Would defiantely have them back to do work in our home.
