Chris was very thorough during his inspection, and took the time to answer any questions I had. It was clear he was there to help, and not just trying to go through the unit as quickly as possible.
His report was very detailed and even highlighted the little things that should be prioritized once I had possession of the property.
After I closed on the property I received a follow up phone call from Chris asking if I had any questions about his report, and telling me to reach out anytime down the road if anything popped up. This was a very nice gesture, showing that he truly cares.
