Extremely Poor Quality of Service for loyal customers
I have been a loyal customer of ADT Canada for 9 years. I receive frequent calls from home alarm system companies who are offering me a camera with recording for an average of $25.99 per month (with the first 6 months free). I pay ADT Canada $38.76 per month and have been paying this for the last 9 years (started paying $25.00 approximately 9 years ago) and ADT kept increasing the rate every 1-2 years now $38.76 per month.
Yesterday I called ADT since I had the alarm go off a few days ago and the light on the console was on. I generally asked them about the camera. I was on the phone with them for 1 hour and 30 minutes of which time I was on hold for at least 30 minutes.
I must say the the service that ADT provides their loyal customers is poor and atrocious. I would never recommend ADT Canada home security services to anyone. Extremely poor service and I don't care attitude.
