I'd Give More Stars If I Could
I reached out for a quote on a Sunday. Oleg replied within the hour, we set up a time for a quote on Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon my house was cool and I was a very happy camper. Michael arrived right on time to assess the situation and sat down with me to explain the options. I was intending to get a couple of quotes before committing, but the product (Carrier) and the price were exactly what I had in mind, so I decided to go for it on the spot. A couple of hours later, Vlad and another installer (didn't get his name) arrived and placed drop cloths down before entering my house. They were both so respectful and professional, I can't stress this enough. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. I think they left the place cleaner than when they arrived! lol. I can't wait for someone to ask me if I know a good heating and cooling company so I can recommend them. I know that I will be calling on them again if I need any of the services they offer in the future. Can't imagine a better experience. Thanks so much guys!
