Frank at the Dufferin Store was very helpful in reviewing helping us install a very beautiful carpet in our hallway and down a small flight of stairs. He visited our home after we had encountered some difficulty with the instillation and he ordered a second section of carpet to make the job right. Cudos to Frank.
