At first, I wanted a 30 ft tower on the back of the house and we had the deal all set out. Then I had an afterthought, and Chris pointed out that a single 10 pole attached to the chimney would achieve the same height and effect, and at much less cost. We went with that. we ran into a couple of "hitches", which he resolved quickly and effectively and even though he had to provide an unexpected component, there was no adjustment to the price. In another case, I questioned the fit of two components. Chris simply handed it to me and said "show me". Of course, he was right.
