In May 2018, Excel Roofing re-did our roof. Being impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the Excel Crew - I was prompted to write a review (something I had never done before).
In February of 2019 - Alex answered a call place to Excel regarding water dripping down from inside a vent the company had installed. Alex was on Vacation (outside of the Country) when he took this call. I assured him that this was above and beyond service expectations and that the problem could wait till his vacation was over. Alex attended my home a week later to address the problem.
Today, (May 27th, 2019) I was having some warrantly work done on my gutter and leaf filter installed in the fall of 2018. The contractor, who is also a "roofer" spent and inordinate amount of time looking over (inspecting?) my roof - and asked for the name of the contractor who did my shingling. He advised me that the contractor did not take any short cuts and that - most importantly it was done according to the Shingle Company's exacting specifications. He was confident that the roof will last a long time.
It was quite reassuring to get this unsolicited "Professional" affirmation of having paid for a service for a "Job Well Done"... Hence this followup review.
