Canadian Choice

I have contacted several window companies, and this company quoted the highest price among others. But we got price match at the end. The reason why we chose this company is mainly because the person who gave us the quote provided very good service. He is very knowledgeable about his products and the other products in the market. And he replied our questions and doubts in a good and fast manner, even after we had the window installed.

The installation team also did a very good job. Very organized, clear division of labour, finish the job on time, and very clean and respect the house. They did an excellent cleaning job after the installation, from inside the house and outside the house.

Unfortunately one of the windows had a scratch on it. So we called them and asked for an exchange. This took them around 2 months to come and finish the replacement. They sent a guy from the company that produced the window. The replacement process was quick and neat. But I'm not very happy with this guy since he put his dirty tool bag and the window on our bed. The new window is not so clean. But he helped me to clean it at the end.
