We first phoned not one, but two supposedly highly recommended places and found out that we could only make an appointment when it suited them--they weren't open for walk-ins. We then phoned Amazing Window Fashions and were immediately invited to come to their store--which unlike the others has regular opening hours.
When we came, we were given superb service by individuals who took time to explain all possible options and helped us choose what was best for our apartment. When the blinds were ready for installation, Alex (the owner and installer) came and did a terrific job. When one of the blinds was not functioning properly, Alex ensured that it was replaced. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the products and service, and would very highly recommend Amazing Window Fashions to anyone who needs any kind of window coverings. It is a wonderful company to do business with.
