We contacted the Furnace Family to come and give us a quote to install a new AC unit. It was very important to my wife and I that we had an energy efficient unit. The sales staff were very informative and provided us with different options to fit our needs. When the installation crew arrived there were on time and very friendly ensuring to take the time to walk me through the installation and how to care for the unit in the fall.
