System has never worked correctly, but once they have you roped into a contract there is no way to get out
We were sold the system after being told our dog would not trip the alarm, we've had them call the cops on out dog a dozen times now, we can't even turn on the system when we leave the house now because of it. The fire alarm is the most obnoxious noise imaginable and then they expect you to be able to hear through the speaker box to tell the tech it's a false alarm, when they can't hear you and you can't hear them over the blaring alarm. There is no way to shut off the alarm yourself. They market themselves and being good for families but I'm actually afraid to leave my kids alone with the system in the house because it would be impossible for even a mature pre teen to be able to shut off a false alarm or communicate with a tech through the speaker box. Even though we were sold the system with false information we can't get out of the contact without paying out the remainder of the monthly payments, leaving us paying even more money for a system that has never worked properly to begin with. This is the worst company I have ever worked with.

We would likely be able to adjust the settings on your system for lower volume on your siren or to turn it off. We also have the option of swapping some of your sensors with sensors that will be more dog friendly.
