I had them do a built in closet in our master bedroom. The design was good. however the installation was not done according to the drawings, and the final installed product was not what I wanted at all. There was very little care in regards to rectifying the issue. Barely even an apology for the mistake. It seemed the only concern was getting paid. Even though the job was incomplete (and wrong), there was daily pressure for payments.
Would not hire them again based on response (or lack thereof) to the gross installation mistake that was made.

Sorry to hear you feel that way. The client agreed he gave the wrong information during installation and we followed his directions. Unfortunately the client didn't like the result of his mis-speaking. Custom cabinetry is difficult to change once the unit has been installed. We even did extra work to help with the feelings of the client
