Before meeting with Frank, we had look at two other companies. Although they were pleasant, their quotes came in over our budget.
The difference with Frank: great interpersonal skills, nice work, met budget, willingness to answer questions, make changes and really patience with us
Extra bonus we were dealing with owner of the business.
I'm pleased with his workmanship and would call on him again for future projects and recommend to others.
