Marlon did an absolutely fantastic job for me (and I am a very picky person). I hired him for a variety of tasks - including electical (very complex rewiring of the whole unit), drywall replacement, trim replacement, and floor replacement, and in all cases he was extremely competent, detail oriented, and professional. Marlon went above and beyond for me, despite having very reasonable prices. I am going to redo my kitchen and bathrooms in this unit and will hire Marlon for the work, and would recommend him to anyone looking for an incredible general contractor. Having done renovations in the past, I know that good contractors are difficult to find. Marlon is truly one in a million!
