Hot water tank stopped working and I called Knight to come repair it. They had Mike out within a couple of hours. Had trouble diagnosing the problem but it certainly wasn’t from a lack of trying or knowledge (even the manufacturers tech support was stumped). He didn’t charge me at all for his time and layed out all the options and pricing with respect to parts or a new heater. In the end, I decided to go with the new heater and it was installed before 2:00 the next day. Good, honest, friendly service.
