I called about a non functioning furnace. A service tech. came fairly promptly, diagnosed the problem and then it took a day or so for him to return and do the repair. I presume everything he did was appropriate.
I am somewhat upset that both of the furnaces have need a new motor after only about six years of use.

Thank you for the review on our service call to your home. We are glad everything is working and our service fixed your no heat problem. Unfortunately we have nothing to do with the manufacturing of your furnace and as such have no control over the motors needing to be replaced.
