I highly recommend Legacy Windows; the customer experience from first contact to job completion was excellent.

Jayden listened to what we were trying to accomplish - providing two cost options for our review... an economy grade mix and a mid-range grade. The price difference wasn't substantial, so we went with the latter. In addition, he put forward suggestions to enhance the curb appeal by adding colour accents around the living room picture window, as well as around our front entry door. We also changed the format of a couple of the other windows, providing enhanced views.

The installation and clean-up was done over 3 days (Dec. 18 to 20), and couldn't have gone smoother. The crew was fantastic, and cleaned things up before leaving each day.

We did have one window which wasn't exactly as we expected at install.. a miscommunication of which way we wanted the window to slide open. Legacy Windows corrected the situation, without question, and without additional cost to us.

Coming from a background of customer service, I give Jayden and his crew at Legacy Windows two huge thumbs up.
