House Drawing for City Building Permit
We contacted JK StructuralEng Inc to conduct a site visit in order to determine load bearing walls.
Our scope of work was to create an open concept design renovations and prepare permit drawings for our newly purchased residential property. Justin and his team did a wonderful job for us. They showed up in time for the site visit. They spent about an hour on the property thoroughly explaining to us some structural options and answered our questions. We confirmed a very reasonable pricing for their work that was within our budget.
Within a few days they submitted draft drawing for our review and approval, all ready for submission to the city. This process was seamless and clear. We obtained our city approved permits in a relatively short period of time. Justin and his team assured us quick responses for any questions and concerns during construction.
These guys are great to work with, they are honest and committed and reliable. I will highly recommend them for structural engineering and building permits.
