Basement Renovation review in

Trip and his team were fantastic! His price was the most reasonable and he came in right on budget (I matched the invoice to the estimate.). The quality of work was excellent. They always showed up when they said they would, and we had no trouble contacting Trip when we had a question or concern. All the team worked really hard when they were here— and it shows in the final result. This included drywall, painting, electrical, flooring (LVT and carpet), trim and plumbing our shower and bathroom. Everything is exactly what we wanted.
We are very happy with our new basement and would definitely use Landco for any similar work in the future.
