Customer Service as much of a joke as their warranty
Buyer beware! Their warranty is a joke. When the cranks on the casement windows snap off and the cranking mechanism completely seizes, good luck getting anyone to help. Phone calls unanswered. Emails ignored. The online 'Contact Us' form at least generated a response. Unfortunately, there has yet to be any action, or folow-up, despite several more emails to the head office as well as the president of the company Vito Mastrorillo.

Dear Customer, We understand your frustration and apologize for the delay. If our customer service has not contacted you yet, please call our head office and ask to speak to our management. All of your parts are under warranty and there is no reason for us to not send it to you unless they got lost in mail due to Canada Post Rotational Strike last month.
