My 82 year old mother needed a plumber to unplug her toilet. One of her grandkids had dropped something in the toilet causing it to plug. I called Award Plus Plumbing after reading the reviews on HomeStars. I explained to him what happened on the phone, then he provided two quotes: first one based on the easy solution and if that does not work, the second one needing more work. He came to my mother's place on time and finished the job efficiently. He charged her the less costly amount because his first solution worked. My mother is happy her toilet is working again and I am happy to have found a plumber who is reliable. Thanks Alex!
