Valente CAD Studio was involved in the redesign of a damaged roof for a custom built home in the Durham Region. The site work involved field measurements and preparing new building plans complete with floor layouts, roof plan, elevations, cross-sections and design specifications all required to obtain a building permit. The building
permit was obtained from the municipal building department.
