We initially had a technician from a different HVAC company come by our house to do a tune up on our furnace and he discovered that due to a crack in the heat exchanger the furnace had to be shut down immediately and replaced. This took place in early December on a Saturday and the company doing the inspection was not available until Monday.
We got Oleg’s contact details from a friend and called him late afternoon. Oleg came by our house within one hour, did not charge for the visit and very clearly explained to us all the available options and pricing. We felt very comfortable talking to Oleg as he was highly professional, knowledgeable, and very transparent in the way he explained things. Oleg’s team came back the next day, on Sunday, at 8am to perform the install. Installation team took the time to answer all our questions, they were very polite and left the work area very clean. We are extremely happy with the service.
