MONEY WAS REFUNDED 11 days LATER because of bad and rude service
Original review is removed under pressure of AireOne. because money were refunded in 11 days after their bad, rude and expensive "service" took place.
We did not get what we asked for, for $219 they only determined we need the ignitor we asked for before ordering their service. Moreover we got infraction report to Kitchener Utilities because their technician got angry for our questions. (FYI: Our system was installed by licensed technician, not altered and was checked many times by other technicians including Kitchener Utilities.)
They refunded our money taking the promise that we will never use their services. We happily agreed and we 'll never recommend their service to others.
