I wanted to let other people know about the great work your company does. Unfortunately we had problems with the integrity of the foundation of our house. Gavin came over, reviewed the problem, recommended a structural engineer, and the process got started. I cant say enough about Gavin and his crew. They were fantastic. After demoing the basement and breaking up the floor Gavin realized that the structural issues were much worse. The scope of the work changed. Gavin kept us informed and up to date on all of the issues. Once the work was completed Gavin ensured that everything was cleaned up inside and out. The issues with the house were not something we ever expected. Having said that, the experience with Gavin and his crew was nothing but positive. Once excavation or demolition takes place, Gavin knows very well what to look for and what to do.
