Tank-less water heater and furnace replacement and install
It all started with a inquiring phone call as I was shopping around for furnace and water tank replacement. I initially spoke with Sam and right from the first minute on the phone I felt that he was not in it for the money aspect of it so to speak, but to educate me and put me on the right road that it would benefit me and my family, right away and in the long run. Just an all around and fantastic gentleman to talk to, very informative, educational and above all, spoke to me at the level where I can understand him. Next I had Michael in the house to look at the appliances and survey the house. Very easy going and informative as well. To top it all off, two installers / technicians that came to install the tank and furnace were unbelievable professionals. Very clean, innovative and above all, not in the rush to get in and out. They did not leave until everything was 200%. My house is old but renovated and it had its challenges, but they were able to overcome them all (more than one) with a smile on their faces. These guys love their job, do not mind challenging situations and have best customer service skills above all.
I highly recommend Convertible Air to anyone that needs any type of HVAC service.
