Gutters & Eavestroughs review in Toronto

We had Custom Aluminum Siding and windows Ltd (AKA Custom window Designs...........same company? same owner? not sure) install all new windows at our home back in 2007. Half the windows broke their seal and fogged up and the company just replaced all the faulty windows to warranty.

Half the windows broke their seal and fogged up and the company replaced those windows. The remaining windows have now fogged up and we are in the process of hopefully getting them replaced

We had Custom Aluminum Siding and windows Ltd (AKA Custom window Designs...........same company? same owner? not sure) install all new windows at our home back in 2007 , windows made by Prime Seal and represented to us as the best windows we could get from Custom Aluminum Siding and windows ltd with a full warranty. approximately 6 years later 1/2 of windows installed began to fog up, the seal had broken. After many calls ,arrangements were made to replace those windows, and that was completed.
Presently the remaining windows have lost their seals and have fogged up and contact with Custom window designs has not resolved our problem.
I am hoping that Custom Window designs will support the warranty that I paid for and do the right thing and replace the defective windows
