Underhanded service. Called them for problem of roots in pipes, either an estimate for pipe repair and/or cutting roots from pipes. Receptionist who booked my appointment assured me that quote would be free and I would pay only for treatment requested. Plumber who showed up denied free quote. After I paid $300 for him to look in prior to cutting out the roots, he claimed he did not have the equipment on hand to perform service, and that I would need to pay for a new inspection again if he came out to remove the roots. Waste of money with this deceptive receptionist and unprepared plumber.

We are particularly concerned with the fact that you state you were denied a free quote. Our protocol is to arrive at a client’s home, assess the plumbing problem and then provide our recommendation with an estimate. If this procedure was not followed we would like to look into why.
Based on the “blocked pipe” problem you describe in your review, we guess that our plumber recommended a video inspection of the drain and provided you with an estimate for a video inspection?
