We approached Window Blinds Direct from a friend’s referral - and it did not disappoint! Mike was very diligent in introducing the various types of blinds and shades to us during his initial visit. He offered suggestions based on the style of our windows and was very flexible in working with our requests. We are very happy with the final look and the shades are working great so far. Although one of the windows was missed in the quote, Mike responded to this concern very quickly and this was resolved with full satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this vendor. Thank you!
Update on November 7, 2018 - we reached out to Window Blinds Direct for help to uninstall the shades given that the window supplier had to replace one of the glasses but does not have the expertise. Mike went out of his way to help us uninstall and even later coming back another day to re-install the shades. We really appreciate this outstanding after-sale service. Thank you once again!
