WORST COMPANY EVER TO STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH
I used the service for one year and didn't realize it automatically renews. Called them to stop my service. Paid the bill with first service and even paid late charges. That was 3 months ago. Even after being assured the account is cancelled, via email from their office, I AM STILL GETTING STATEMENTS SAYING I OWE MONEY. BILL WAS PAID IN FULL JUNE 6TH.
Still got statements saying I owe them money with more late charges. And they threaten to affect my credit.
