My mom has a back up problem with one of her basement drains. It would back up in heavy rain. I called Alex and he came out the next day to assess the situation and figure it what was causing it. It was leaves and debris that had gotten in from the gutters - prior to them being disconnected from the city line. He scoped the pipe to ensure all else was ok and made a couple of other recommendations for future work that can be done. He was not pushy. Very honest. Easy to talk with. I would very highly recommend him and plan to use him again.
