Overall we ‘re absolutely delighted with our new backyard patio!

Both the on-site estimate and scheduling of our project were very reasonable. In contacting various other landscaping companies prior to Jubilee, it was a real pleasure to find they appeared sincerely interested in being hired by a homeowner as opposed to a primary focus on commercial contracting.

Because our home does not have access through a back alley, the job involved dozens of trips up and down the sloped side yard to the back, manually wheeling and maneuvering loads of old sod and dirt and new sand, gravel and paving blocks. Then when the scheduled time came it was also a burning hot 30 degree day but the father/son owners and their crew were a flurry of activity, amazingly efficient and diligent, all the while pleasant and the job was finished that same day.

It’s said the measure of a great company is their willingness to acknowledge issues and afterward we did have a minor one involving the downward slope of a narrow planted area directly adjacent to the patio, included in the project. After bringing it to Jubilee’s attention, the situation was satisfactorily resolved almost immediately. Dealing with Jubilee was a pleasant experience and we’d certainly recommend.
