Work on our rental house renos is almost done and we couldn't be more happy or pleased with Leroy and his crew (special shout-out to amazing Ashley). We put in new flooring up and down; new kitchen; two new bathrooms, new deck stairs and a number of smaller projects. We shortlisted and got quotes from five contractors and were hoping to use Leroy but thought it wasn't likely that his quote would be competitive. Boy were we wrong. His quote was substantially less expensive (and his work, as expected after reading these reviews online. was indeed top-notch). If Leroy says he's going to get something done then he's going to get it done on time, on budget, with an excellent end product and in a most friendly and wonderful way. Can't wait to save up some more funds to have Leroy and his team do much needed work on our home.
