I hired these guys for restoration work at a rental property of mine in Ajax Ontario. Michael was very professional and was able to show up to the home almost immediately.

BEWARE! Seems professional at first but turns out very sketchy. Very unclear communication, if you go with these guys get all of the work to be performed in writing and ensure the job is complete before you pay! I hired these guys for restoration work at a rental property of mine and had to complete the work myself three weeks later. Three weeks of failed coordination and refusal to coordinate with me directly but rather my tenants. I will not be using this company again.
