Our experience with Arash and his team was a very positive one, and we look forward to future projects with him!

He actively listened to what was important to us, and worked with us to make it happen. He was organized and very good with with scheduling the work, and including email calendar notifications so we were kept aware.
There was a minor scheduling mix up and he was very quick to inform us the reasoning behind it. Erring on the side of the customer, to the customer’s benefit, not his own.

He kept the lines of communication always open from beginning to end, and he put everything else aside to be at our place in person if there was a concern or questions to be addressed, and for regular check ins. He was there from beginning to end and committed to full delivery and ensured we were pleased with the end product.

From a technical perspective, we appreciated... precision of tile cutting, explanation of technical issues around product limitations, the impact of the change in floor height prior to the job starting; details related to kick-boards, thresholds, etc. And the proactive approach on any remediation where needed.

We look forward to having Arash and his team back in future projects.
