Tree Service review in Toronto

Although they missed the initial appointments, the owner Ricky called me after and apologized to me. He also offered to plant a tree for me without additional charge in good faith. I finally hired them back to finish the project. They finished the project with good services. My wife and I are satisfied with their work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends when they need any tree services.

Very bad experience. I contacted them very early in Spring. They visited the site and gave me a quote. For a couple weeks, I tried to reach them to confirm a date to work on the site but no response. Finally, they said they would come but didn't show up. Rearranged again after 2 weeks and the SAME NO SHOW happened. The owner didn't even bother to call me and let me know. Very unreliable. They didn't care about the customers or even their business.
