We required new pieces for our central vac system due to a renovation. Bill was very helpful and attentive to me by phone and suggested sending in photos of the set up.
I went into the store to pick up the required pieces and Bill was very friendly and helpful. He described how we could fix the existing set up ourselves and provided the necessary equipment.
I received excellent customer service and would return in future if needed.
