Award Plus Plumbing

I live in a condo building where the condo act states you must hire a professional contractor such as licensed plumber who is insured for 2, 000,000 liability. This is a standard rule for most of condos now. Its important that one doesn't get Joe plumber who costs 70$ as my landlord told me she would find. I took it upon myself to find a qualified professional to do the job. Of course at my cost, but with peace of mind.

I found Alex from Award Plus plumbing from hometars to be fabulous in repairing a broken kitchen faucet. I purchased a moen kitchen faucet from cosco and had him install it. He was very prompt and came when I asked him too, he called prior to coming and did what is expected. He fixed the faucet with ease and also check all other fittings for dishwasher and replaced my shower head in the bathroom with a stainless steel shower head (he had a selection in his truck to show me). Let me tell you the shower is a spa now with the most efficient full blast shower head. Didn't realize the trickling water from shower head was not normal, how sad 7 years living with something that doesn't work.

I would highly recommend Award plus for any plumbing work you may need. Plus you get a nice plumber that has superior customer service that doesn't make you feel like your paying high $$ for exceptional service.
